Q. If I have a couple of web sites do I have to buy separate widgets?

A. You can use a single widget anywhere. It’s just a line of code so if you want to place it in three or four places on your site or even on other sites, adverts, blogs, etc, you can do it. The widget will create a single database of registered users. If you want a widget with a different report then that is a separate widget.

Q. I don’t want visitors leaving my site to fill in a form…?

A.  Don’t worry, the beauty of the widget is that users never leave the host site, everything is delivered within the widget frame on the page so visitors never leave that page on your web site.

Q. Can the personality data from the widget be appended into my main database?

Yes, personality data is transferred in CSV format which can be added to nearly all databases. You can even have a direct feed from the widget into your existing database if you wish.

Q. How long do widgets take to prepare?

Using the existing library of topics means that widgets can be created in around one to two days. For custom reports this can take from 3-5 days to create depending on the complexity of the topic.
